Denniz Pop Awards was founded to honor the memory of Denniz Pop, raise money for the Denniz Pop Foundation and give the next generation of Denniz Pop Awards, Category: Artist, Singles: It's My Life, Top Tracks: It's My Life, Biography: The Denniz Pop Awards is a collection of music prizes awarded annually to the new talents, unsung heroes and big successes of the industry who are making an outstanding contribution to Sweden´s international pop music heritage and helping continue the legacy Denniz Pop once started., Monthly Denniz Pop Awards is a charitable foundation working to uplift Sweden’s next generation of musical talent and support advancements in cancer treatment. Initiated in 2013, the foundation carries the name of Denniz Pop, our beloved friend, colleague, and mentor who left us far too early. The Denniz Pop Awards were created in 2013 by former members of Cheiron Studios to help distinguish Scandinavian songwriters, producers, and artists. Notable winners include Swedish House Mafia and Avicii. Cheiron became the start of a Swedish wave of successful producers and songwriters, with Max Martin as the biggest star. The foundation Denniz Pop Awards main goal is to elevate Sweden's next generation of musical talent and support advancements in cancer treatment.

A fitting symbol for one of the great hit makers of his time. Denniz Pop Awards är ett välgörenhets/non-profit-event som startades till minne av musikproducenten Denniz Pop (Dag Krister Volle) som avled 1998. Denniz Pop skrev och producerade låtar åt artister som bland annat Britney Spears, Ace of Base, E-type och Dr. Alban. Denniz Pop Awards is a charitable foundation working to uplift Sweden’s next generation of musical talent and support advancements in cancer treatment. Unlike previous years, the Denniz Pop Awards opens up for international entries in April 2020.

In loving memory. It’s nearly that time of year when the Denniz Pop Awards roll around again. The awards are held in honour of Dag Krister Volle, better known as Denniz Pop, one of our most influential producers and DJs, producing hit tracks like Ace Of Base’s The Sign and working with the likes of Robyn and Max Martin, before he tragically died of cancer in 1998.
